3. App Functionality

The App helps users manage device storage by analyzing files and deleting junk data.

Disclaimer: The App provides suggestions, but you are responsible for selecting files to delete. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy.

 

4. Prohibited Actions

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer or modify the App.

Use the App for illegal purposes (e.g., deleting others' data without permission).

 

5. Privacy

Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy (e.g., file scanning is local unless you enable cloud backup). We do not collect personal files.

6.Subscription Fees

-Weekly Subscription: $6.99/Week

-Annual Subscription: $34.99/Year

We may at our discretion, adjust subscription fees, payment channels, or service charges. For previously free services that become subscription-based, you may choose to terminate the use of such services if you disagree with the charges.

7. Intellectual Property

All App content (logos, code, etc.) is owned by YIWU BANGXIE INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT FORWARDING CO., LIMITED. You receive a limited license to use the App only.

 

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We are not liable for any data loss or damages arising from App use.

 

9. Changes to Terms

We may periodically update these terms. Updated versions will be posted on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Material changes will be prominently communicated through the website or other suitable methods. Continued use of the Product after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

 

9. Final Provisions

If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted to reflect the original intent, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Failure to enforce any rights or provisions of this agreement does not constitute a waiver of such rights.
